MOQ depends on the model, colour, electrical configuration, branding and packaging. Confirm the minimum quantity for each version included in your order.
When is the production lead time confirmed?
The schedule is confirmed after specifications, artwork, any required samples and payment terms are agreed. Allow separate time for inspection, shipping and destination clearance.
Can I change an order after confirmation?
Contact us promptly with the requested change. We will review production status and confirm any effect on price, quantity, packaging and delivery before proceeding.

What compliance documents should I request for Europe?
Confirm the destination country and exact model first. Request the relevant EU Declaration of Conformity, supporting test reports, labels and instructions where applicable, and check that they cover the ordered electrical version.
Which electrical details should be confirmed?
Specify the rated voltage, frequency, power, plug and destination market. Confirm these details on the sample, product label, manual and order specification.

Confirm the transport method, named delivery location and chosen Incoterms 2020 rule in the quotation or contract. Review who handles freight, insurance, export clearance and destination charges.
Which documents are usually needed for shipment?
Common documents include the commercial invoice, packing list and transport document. Additional origin or product documents depend on the goods, destination and agreed trade terms. Confirm the document set with your customs broker.
